Anthony Kellman
(Conference Director and Poetry Evaluator)

was born in Barbados and is Professor of Creative Writing at Augusta State University. He's the author of four poetry books and two novels, and is the recipient of a National Endowment for the Arts award. His poetry and creative non-fiction have appeared in U.S. and international publications.
